Valley County Search and Rescue Donation Return Policy

At Valley County Search and Rescue, we are grateful for the support and generosity of our donors. Donations help us to further our mission and make a positive impact. Please note the following regarding our donation policy:

Donations Are Non-Refundable


All donations made to Valley County Search and Rescue are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded, as the funds are used directly to support our programs and services.

Exceptions


In rare cases, such as an error in the processing of the donation or a duplicate charge, we will review requests for refund on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a mistake has occurred with your donation, please contact us at info@valleycountysar.org within 30 days of the donation. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Tax Receipts


Donations made to Valley County Search and Rescue are tax-deductible as allowed by law. A receipt for your donation will be issued, which you can use for tax purposes. If you need a duplicate receipt, please contact us.
